Contact 6E Club: Questions, Corrections and Scam Reports

Last reviewed · Official 6E Club website

Seahorse postman carrying a gold envelope for the Contact 6E Club page

Before you contact 6E Club, check whether your question needs a person at all. Most game problems have a quick fix you can try yourself, and a scam is best reported straight to the authorities. This page explains the options and what to put in a message.

How to Reach This Site

An email inbox for this site is being set up. Until it is ready, no address is listed here, and any address you see elsewhere claiming to be ours should be treated with care. This page will show the address as soon as the inbox works.

There is no phone line and no WhatsApp or Telegram support. Anyone who calls or messages you claiming to be 6E Club support is not from this site.

For game problems such as a lost account, coins or a frozen timer, the fix list for common game problems usually has the answer in a minute. Quick answers on accounts and rules are also on the short-answer FAQ page.

What to Include in a Message

A clear message gets a clear reply. Include:

  • The page address, or the part of the game, your message is about.
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
  • Your phone or computer, and the browser you use (for example Chrome on Android).
  • A screenshot if it helps, with any personal details covered.

Never include your game password. The practice account is stored only in your browser, so nobody here can see it, reset it or restore it, and nobody will ever ask you for it.

Sending a Correction

If a guide has a wrong rule, a broken link or an out-of-date law fact, say which sentence is wrong and where the correct information comes from. A source such as a government notice or PRS summary helps the fix happen quickly. How facts are checked is explained on the page about how this guide works.

Report a Scam Right Now

Do not wait for a reply from this site if money or personal data is at risk. Report it directly to the services below. They are free and act faster than any website can.
